At Gilbert Technical Consulting (“GTC”) we believe in giving our customers a complete and full experience when it comes to providing information technology based solutions and services. Our Web department provides unique website designs from basic static content websites to full content management solutions. GTC can provide graphic and layout design, site hosting and CMS management for each of our client sites. Our site hosting service provides unlimited storage and bandwidth for customers who sign up for our monthly or annual contract services.

The web design process begins with an initial consultation with you to determine your needs and wants for your website. Based on a positive outcome of the consultation process, we will determine a schedule for development of your website, which will also include requests for contact information for content provider(s) and approver(s). These individuals will be provided access to GTC’s online storage and collaboration portal, to allow them to directly upload content information pertaining to the development of the website. We believe in keeping our clients in the front seat as we develop their website, this provides us with the ability to ensure that the goals of your organization’s online presence is met to your satisfaction. During the development process we allow you to view the progress of your website by making it available to you online but, hidden from search engine bots until it is completed and has met your approval. Once the website that we have created for you meets your initial approval, we will schedule a final meeting with you to thoroughly review the website and all of its content, thus giving you an added measure of peace of mind to ensure that all of your goals, expectations and standards are met before a public unveiling.

GTC also provides management and administration of the website, other than general upgrades and maintenance, which is included in our contract hosting service. The management of the website extends to administrating daily functions of advanced websites. These functions include, but are not limited to, managing access and user restrictions, information organization, content approval and site moderation. If you have a person on your staff who will be managing the daily functions of your site, at your request, we can provide direct training to that person through either a web meeting, at our facility or your facility.
