During our consultation process we meet with the organization and its members to understand how the business operates daily. We take time to note the programs used, hardware inventory and office equipment attached to the client network. Each of these steps is critical in providing a full-service consultation. At the end of the interview process we meet with the client perform goal arrangement before the final goals are committed to.

Once a project is committed to by the client we ask the client to provide us with team members who will perform reviews and approvals if not the client themselves. Our documentation is stored securely online and each person named by the client will receive access at approved levels to provide content and review documents during the project execution. GTC believes in maintaining a paperless environment when possible by utilizing digital documents and signatures.
